Reservation Policy: To reserve your room, one half of the total room rental rate is required, excluding tax and gratuities, which will be applied to your final total and will be colleted upon arrival.

Cancellation and Refund policy: Cancellations must be made fourteen days prior to stay date.  Only then will refund be made ~ less a $20.00 per head service charge.
If original date is cancelled and new date is chosen, you will be charged a $20.00 per person re-scheduling fee.

Any unused portion of your stay is non refundable.

We reserve the right to offer our choice of rooms that are available, to those who cancel and re-schedule, in an effort to accommodate and help our guests who must cancel and re-schedule from losing their deposit.

Accommodations are not suitable for children or pets. No Smoking!
